A slang term used to describe someone new to their career or craft, with little experience. The term likely originated from the bean's fresh bright green hue. Think of a newly spouted plant. It is now in a world where everything is new to it and it must learn to adapt.

Like a green bean, Emma started this business with very little formal graphic design education. She found this passion for design in 2020, after she graduated from college in the height of the pandemic.

She learned as she went - and still continues to do so. She draws from inspiration around her - largely her loves in life, the city of St. Louis and her 2 (cat) babies, Klaus and Hughie.

Green Bean Graphics is completely owned and operated by Emma Seiz out of her home in St. Louis Missouri. She hand packages every single order, and designed each and every item you find on this website.
